E-Z-Hook offers a selection of single contact micro-hooks and double hooks that support your testing needs when size and weight are critical. These smaller hooks are ideal when delicate wires and small pitches require micro connectors.

Standard single hook models: P25 | XM | XMR (for insulation piercing see XEP)
Standard double hook models: X2015 | XKM | XK

All micro-hook styles are available in ten colors: Black, Brown, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Violet, Gray, White, PLUS Kilo-Color capability.

Standard construction for single hook models is a one-piece, gold-plated beryllium copper conductor and hook. For standard construction of double hooks please refer to specific part listed below. Body and plunger are made of durable nylon and a stainless steel compression coil spring actuates the hook.

Micro-Hooks with Single Hook:

P25 Micro-Hook

Pico hook test connector. Ultra thin housing and blade allow for connector stacking and easier access in hard to reach micro testing environments. Test connector has .025" square pin accessible through lead exit hole that allows for push on adaptors and leads to be attached for quick test applications. Product Data Sheet Modified versions include: P25SS - .025" square pin and hook are constructed out of stainless steel. Pico Hook - The .025" square pin is replaced when Pico is connected to a lead. *Test lead attached at factory.

XM Micro-Hook

The lightweight construction of the XM allows for application in delicate testing environments. Product Data Sheet Modified versions include: XM25 - XM with .025" square pin connected to contact blade and accessible through lead exit hole. Permits connection of push on adaptors or leads. XM25SS - XM25 with stainless steel contact blade and .025" square pin. XM-NM - XM with non-magnetic contact spring.

XMR Micro-Hook	Image coming soon!
A narrow design allows for multiple side by side hook-ups, and a stronger, thicker and wider blade material made to withstand high usage. The hook bend is 180° to ensure secure grasp of lead wire on both sides, and the XMR features an anti-rotational hook blade, meaning the hook blade is engaged in the body and will not rotate.
