In the late 1980's E-Z-Hook expanded its product offering and entered the automotive industry with the insulation-piercing hook. Today we offer a wide variety of automotive specific test accessories, test leads, sets, and kits that are designed for automotive testing and work with a wide variety of automotive test equipment. Parts are engineered with no sliding contacts to guarantee an accurate signal every time--even in the dirtiest, greasiest environments. For automotive applications we suggest silicone leads for their resistance to heat and chemicals.

The E-Z-Hook Streamliner was designed, built and ridden by E-Z-Hook engineer Sam Wheeler. The Streamliner held the Overall Motorcycle World Speed Record at 332.410 MPH running in the 1350 cc Blown Fuel Class. Wheeler set this record in August 2004. Currently the Streamliner holds the world record for fastest recorded land speed at 355.303 MPH, which was set in 2006.
